Combine seasoning and brown sugar.
Rubs all sides of the ribs with the seasoning mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove ribs from refrigerator, and brush all sides with BBQ sauce.
Place rib in the crock pot and set on low for 12 hours.
Remove ribs from crock pot, and brush with more BBQ sauce. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
This is optional, but great for sandwiches: Before cutting, place ribs bone side up, and remove bones by sliding the bone downwards and holding down the meat around it , keeping meat intact.
