Pasta Al Forno

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz. Box Pasta, whatever type you like
  • 1 Pound Ground Meat (Beef, Pork, Chicken, Turkey - whatever you have on hand)
  • 3 to 4 Cups Tomato Sauce (store bought or your own - nobody cares)
  • 8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella
  • Cup Grated Cheese (Parm or Romano - which ever you fancy)

Instructions
 

  • Get ya water boiling to cook your pasta.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown ya meat meat
  • Add ya sauce to the cooked ground meat and stir it in good.
  • Now throw the pasta and meat sauce into an oven safe casserole dish.
  • Mix in half of the mozzarella and half of the grated cheese
  • Top it with the remaining mozz and a little more of the grated cheese.
  • Shove that baby into the oven at 400°F for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is ooey gooey.
