Mayonnaise

Equipment

  • Immersion blendah

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Oil - it doesn't matter what type
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a jar with a mouth large enough for the immersion blendah. Mix until the mayonnaise is at the consistency desired.
