(I like Sweet Baby Ray's)

Instructions
Season Pork Shoulder with
Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning.
In a bowl, combine
BBQ Sauce
and brown sugar.
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in the crock pot and cover with BBQ sauce mixture.
Set crock pot on low for 10 hours (or high for 5 hours).
Shut off from heat and remove bones from roast. Shred meat with two forks of a pair of tongs.
Notes
Served on a French Loaf with Vinegar Onions (Red Onions soaked in Apple Cider Vinegar).
