BBQ Pulled Pork Shoulder

Equipment

  • Crock Pot
  • Two forks or a pair of tongs

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 Pounds Pork Shoulder
  • McCormick's Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Sweet BBQ Sauce (I like Sweet Baby Ray's)
  • Cup Brown Sugar packed

Instructions

  • Season Pork Shoulder with Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning.
  • In a bowl, combine BBQ Sauce and brown sugar.
  • Place the seasoned pork shoulder in the crock pot and cover with BBQ sauce mixture.
  • Set crock pot on low for 10 hours (or high for 5 hours).
  • Shut off from heat and remove bones from roast. Shred meat with two forks of a pair of tongs.

Notes

Served on a French Loaf with Vinegar Onions (Red Onions soaked in Apple Cider Vinegar).
