Pulled Pork Shoulder
This is a “One to Many” recipe. I can cook it once, then use it as an ingredient in so many other delicious recipes!
BBQ Pulled Pork Shoulder
Equipment
- Crock Pot
- Two forks or a pair of tongs
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 Pounds Pork Shoulder
- McCormick's Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning
- 1 Cup Sweet BBQ Sauce (I like Sweet Baby Ray's)
- ⅓ Cup Brown Sugar packed
Instructions
- Season Pork Shoulder with Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning.
- In a bowl, combine BBQ Sauce and brown sugar.
- Place the seasoned pork shoulder in the crock pot and cover with BBQ sauce mixture.
- Set crock pot on low for 10 hours (or high for 5 hours).
- Shut off from heat and remove bones from roast. Shred meat with two forks of a pair of tongs.

Served on a French Loaf with Vinegar Onions (Red Onions soaked in Apple Cider Vinegar).
