Spicy Sesame Soy Ginger Ramen with Edamame
Long day at work made for a quick bowl of Ramen
1 Package Chicken Flavor Top Ramen
2 Cups Boiling Water
1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
1/8 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 Cup Frozen Edamame, thawed
1/2 Teaspoon Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce
1 Tablespoon Scallions, chopped
1 Boiled Egg, peeled and cut in half
- In a bowl, place Ramen noodles, seasoning package, boiling water ginger paste, soy sauce garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Cover for 3 minutes.
- Uncover and add sesame seed oil and edamame. Toss with noodles and broth and let sit for an additional minute
- Top with sweet chili sauce, scallions and boiled egg.
