Mini Cheese Balls

Ingredients: Make about 24 Balls

1 Block Cream Cheese (8 ounces), softened

½ Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1 Tablespoon Sour Cream

2 Tablespoons Green Onion, chopped

3 Strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

2 Teaspoon Fresh Parsley, minced

¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Salt and Pepper, to taste

½ Cup Pecans, chopped fine

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combined cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
  2. Add in half of the green onion, half of the bacon, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the pecans with the remaining green onion and crumbled bacon.
  4. Spoon out cheese mixture with a tablespoon and form into balls.
  5. Roll balls in the pecan mixture and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
