Mini Cheese Balls
Ingredients: Make about 24 Balls
1 Block Cream Cheese (8 ounces), softened
½ Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Green Onion, chopped
3 Strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Teaspoon Fresh Parsley, minced
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste
½ Cup Pecans, chopped fine
Preparation
- In a bowl, combined cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
- Add in half of the green onion, half of the bacon, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined
- In a separate bowl, blend the pecans with the remaining green onion and crumbled bacon.
- Spoon out cheese mixture with a tablespoon and form into balls.
- Roll balls in the pecan mixture and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
