Meatball Subs

1 pound Ground Beef

3/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

1 Egg

3/4 cup Milk

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Oil for frying

Tomato Sauce

Tasty Bread

  1. Combine all of the ingredient and form into 1 to 2 ounce balls.
  2. In a sauce pot, add sauce and heat over low heat.
  3. Place 2 inches of oil in a frying pan and heat over medium high heat.
  4. Fry meatballs until a brown crust forms and add into sauce.
  5. Place sauced meatballs into a sandwich and sprinkled with a little more Parmesan cheese (optional)
