Meatball Subs
1 pound Ground Beef
3/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Egg
3/4 cup Milk
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Oil for frying

Tasty Bread
- Combine all of the ingredient and form into 1 to 2 ounce balls.
- In a sauce pot, add sauce and heat over low heat.
- Place 2 inches of oil in a frying pan and heat over medium high heat.
- Fry meatballs until a brown crust forms and add into sauce.
- Place sauced meatballs into a sandwich and sprinkled with a little more Parmesan cheese (optional)
