HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME WITH TAKEOUT FROM ANMOL INDIAN RESTAURANT

Had a relaxing day off for my birthday yesterday and I totally took advantage of doing nothing all day. From there, dinner was brought to me – it couldn’t have been a better way to celebrate.

Started the night off with some Prosecco

Chicken Pakoras
Tender boneless chicken breast marinated in lightly spiced batter and crisp fried.

Chicken Vindaloo:(Hot)
Boneless chicken pieces cooked in vinegar spices with potatoes in spicy tomato and onion sauce.

Chicken Tikka Masala
Diced boneless, white meat chicken Tandoori style, and cooked in rich tomato cream sauce.

Home made cheese cooked in rich tomato cream sauce with exotic Indian spices

Garlic Naan
Unleavened homemade bread stuffed with fresh garlic

Pashawary Naan
Raisins, cashews and coconuts stuffed bread

All Dinners entrees are served with Papadum, Rice, Chutney

This was my first time trying out Anmol. Everything was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for Indian cuisine. I hear the lounge has a very nice décor and atmosphere as well. I can’t wait to check it out!

Marble Birthday Cake The beautiful birthday cake was picked up at Henry’s Market in Beverly, MA. It was a moist marble cake with vanilla icing. I have to be honest – I’m a little partial to my buttercream. Although the consistency was nice, it was a little sweeter than I like.
