Baby Back Ribs
These bad boys were sous vide at 145°F for 24 hours and were falling off the bone. Served with fresh watermelon and a simple pasta salad to make it feel like summer has begun.

¾ Cup BBQ Sauce
- Rub ribs with seasoning and seal in vacuum pouch to sous vide.
- Set immersion cooker for 24 hours at 145°F
- Remove from water bath and reserve rib drippings
- In a sauce pan, add 1/4 cup of drippings to the BBQ sauce and bring to a boil
- Baste ribs with sauce and broil or grill on high to sear ribs on both sides.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes before devouring.
