Baby Back Ribs with Pasta Salad and Watermelon

These bad boys were sous vide at 145°F for 24 hours and were falling off the bone.  Served with fresh watermelon and a simple pasta salad to make it feel like summer has begun.

3 lb. Baby Back Ribs

¾ Cup BBQ Sauce

  1. Rub ribs with seasoning and seal in vacuum pouch to sous vide.
  2. Set immersion cooker for 24 hours at 145°F
  3. Remove from water bath and reserve rib drippings
  4. In a sauce pan, add 1/4 cup of drippings to the BBQ sauce and bring to a boil
  5. Baste ribs with sauce and broil or grill on high to sear ribs on both sides.
  6. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes before devouring.
