Ah-So Pork with Garlic Ginger Broccoli over Rice

If you don’t know what Ah-so sauce is, you’re missing out. This florescent red sauce has lived in my fridge since I was a wee one. My mom would prepare it a little differently than how I have here though. Instead of marinating the pork and cooking it on the stove top, she would brush the sauce on the chops and baked them. Although the baked chops are good, I feel the marinated strips are a bit more tender and moist. I also like to add a little more of a punch to to my mix, but it is still good on its own if you don’t feel like prepping the extra ingredients.
