Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 Cup Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Ripe Banana
1 Egg
3/4 cup Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Oil
At least 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- Preparation:
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mash the banana and whisk it with the egg, milk, vanilla and oil until fully combined
- Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Scoop 1/4 cup of mix onto a nonstick skillet preheated on low. Flip cakes when golden brown.
- Serve with sliced bananas, whipped cream and chocolate sauce (optional, but highly recommended)
