Mozzarella Toast
2 Slices Scali Bread
Olive Oil
Shredded Mozzarella
Romano Cheese, grated
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Dried Basil Leaves
Ground Oregano
- Lightly toast slices of bread
- Drizzle with olive oil ( I like to use a Misto sprayer)
- Lightly sprinkle toast with seasonings and then with the cheeses
- Broil toast until cheese is melted
