I love it when I can take leftovers and make another meal that everyone enjoys. This Chicken and Dumplings recipe has now become a family hit.

I was out of Pillsbury Biscuits, but I did have a tube of Crescent Rolls, which I sliced into disks. It was good, but the biscuits work better in my opinion.
